ecause my insurance company (American Family) had zero “in network” options within 100 miles of Eugene. After calling Tesla for their recommendation, they said Old Dominion is the best choice in our area for Tesla repairs. I’ve used several body shops in the area over the years, and this was EASILY the smoothest and easiest experience. We brought the car in filthy (sorry guys) with a broken windshield and bumper damage, they returned it a little over a week later looking literally brand new, inside and out. Even smelled better inside, lol. If I had to offer a criticism, it’s that it took a while to get the car into their shop, but now I understand that it’s because they are very busy doing good work for people, and good work doesn’t get rushed. They are not the cheapest in town, but after having previous bad experiences with cheaper shops I have learned you truly do get what you pay for (autocraft on W11th once returned our Honda after a similar accident with zero fasteners holding the front end on, the front bumper and radiator were held in place literally by zip ties only. It was corrected very quickly once I showed the awful repair took the owner of autocraft, but it proved to me they don’t have quality control at all.)

Johnny and his Team including Front Office provided exceptional and professional service for a very
complex situation. From patiently and efficiently answering my many questions to driving my sister to the hotel and making sure she had everything she needed. Their analysis was absolutely correct and diligently found the correct answers to any challenges that arose. And all this and more when their Team was under massive stress from a very recent tragedy. I don't just feel lucky to have found their Shop,but actually Blessed. Top notch expertise with old fashioned courtesy and respect.Thank you Johnny and Team. I had a coolant leak in my 2002 Dakota. I brought it in to Dan and the guys. They were able to quic
kly diagnose the issue and replace my radiator, hoses, and thermostat for a reasonable price. This was the second time they have worked on my truck and the service has always been excellent and the repairs performed were done right without trying to tack on a lot of extras the way some shops do. I appreciate dealing with an honest business that stands behind their work. Will definitely use them again...I just hope I don't have to for a while ?
