I was devastated when my beautiful burgundy 2015 Ford Focus hatchback was banged up by a driver who b
acked into it at a bank three weeks ago. It was bad enough that the front end was hit by a hit and run driver three months ago. However our insurance set us up with car star immediately. They told us it would probably take a month. However it only took a week to fix both the front and back. They kept me updated almost daily and they were very friendly! My car (we call her Barbie) looks absolutely gorgeous! Even the tiny scratches from careless people in parking lots are gone! My husband is already recommending Carstar to everyone he talks to! Thank you so much for making 'Barbie' beautiful again!

I took my 2012 nissan versa, in for repairs, after someone had backed into me and drove away. I picke
d the car up today. And I can find nothing wrong with it, I mean it, it looks perfect like it just came out of the showroom they did an excellent job through on the repairs and They also detailed the car and made it look better than when I brought it in.I very highly recommend this shop.

WOW! We are on vacation in San Diego and someone scratched our rental car pretty bad. Brought it to B
rendan at Fix Auto Mission Valley for an estimate to repair so rental company didn’t ding us. Not only did they buff it out, they filled in the scratches with matching paint AND DIDN’T CHARGE ME!!!!! Unbelievably gracious, kind, helpful. Thank you for salvaging the remainder of our vacation Brendan. I highly recommend the service here. Excellent customer service!
