the service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, honest, and easy to talk to. They gave me a clear estimate and stuck to it—no surprise charges or delays.
The repair work was top-notch. You honestly can’t even tell the car was in an accident. The paint matches perfectly and everything was done faster than I expected. They even detailed the inside, which I didn’t ask for but definitely appreciated.
It’s never fun dealing with car damage, but these guys made it as painless as possible. I’m glad I found a reliable body shop right here in Bayonne. Highly recommend if you need solid, trustworthy work done on your car.

Beautiful repair to the dent in my quarter panel. Looks like new and my car came back cleaner than I
usually keep it! Customer service was responsive and when my insurance company saw the estimate was from Carstar, the agent went on and on about how wonderful a shop it is and how easy they made it for the insurance company. Staff were warm and professional. Mark communicated directly with my insurance, on our behalf, making life a little easier on these two septuagenarians. Fine work, fine folks. I highly recommend them. They really know what they're doing.
