I dropped my car off and told them there was a noise in the front-end. They could have come up with L
OTS of things to fix, but they’re and honest place and identified only the things I knew needed attention. The car has 167,000 miles and I wouldn’t have been surprised to find more stuff needed to be fixed. It’s reassuring to find a place I can depend on and trust. It means a lot.

We had a very big problem with our electric car. All the other places that we had the car evaluated f
or a strange noise said it was "normal". Mirak was amazing! Nicolas put up with us as we became upset with how long they had the car but William (bill) was amazing. We had an extremely faulty system and Bill was able to locate the issues. He not only took the car apart but put it back together and we have a "brand new car". They also worked hard with corporate to make sure all the warranties were granted.
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Mirak and are thankful for such competence!!!!
