For this visit, Kenneth helped me navigate a warranty claim on my clurrent Chevy Suburban then to have the expenses paid by the dealership when the warranty didn't cover things.

One could tell they really love serving their customers and making sure they are satisfied. The mechanic by the name of Tommy was also very kind and amazing. He displayed wonderful customer service skills. He is truly an asset to their company. I must say I really love there wonderful pet dog.

Nothing starts the day off wrong like getting into your car and not having it start. You do the simp
le checks in hopes of finding the issue when what you need to do is call University Car Care, which I did. I told Mike that I put a new battery in my car but it still wouldn't start, could I have it towed to them and without any delay, he said yes, they'd be expecting it. As usual, this service center is quick in getting you scheduled for service, they are very knowledgeable and reliable. I needed a new starter, which they ordered on the day the car was towed in and I got my car back the next day. Costs for parts and labor are reasonable but the peace of mind I get knowing the job was done right is priceless. Thanks University!
