I was on my way to see my sick hospitalized wife. The red lite for the anti freeze went on! I had no
knowledge to fix it as I knew nothing about cars. I bought anti freeze but couldn't open the cap! Thank God the head mechanic was on duty and he took the time to quickly fix it so I could get to the hospital on time! Thanks!!!

New to the Scottsdale area, it's always a challenge finding a place that you can really trust when it
comes to servicing your vehicle, a place that will give you options (spending time to really understand your needs and limitations) and shoot straight with you. Needing service for a 25 year old sports car, finding parts can sometimes be a challenge, but even more challenging is finding someone you can trust in the process. After having a very disappointing experience at two other local repair shops (which I walked out of), I called CarLife hoping for a better experience. I knew immediately after speaking with Elsie, that this place was different, their quotes were fair, they openly discussed my options (and trades offs), and their customer service was highly responsive and simply outstanding. Usually when I pick up my car there is somebody there to explain what was done. Yesterday when I pick
ed it up there's only one guy and he couldn't explain anything to me. He told me to call Toth on Monday. I usually get really good service and feedback so I was a little shocked. I will still continue to bring my car there for service and I actually have already recommended you to somebody who's looking for a truck.
