I had been referred to Dred Scott Automotive by a friend who told me they were honest mechanics. It c
an be very difficult to find mechanics who are completely honest. I have had bad experiences with being taken advantage of by auto shops. So I get anxiety anytime I have to interact with one. But Dred Scott they were first, friendly, professional and communicative. Then when they called to explain what was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed, I told them I could not afford to get all the things done and asked of the problems which one should I fix if I can only do one thing. The gentleman gave me an honest opinion without using fear tactics to pressure me into getting all of the things done. In fact though my car is 20 years old and they could have came up with a long list of things wrong with it. Because it would be believable and I wouldn’t know the difference. But instead he told me the car was in pretty good shape mechanically. He didn’t make up a bunch of things to do, just to get more money. Which is a refreshing change from previous experiences. The cherry on top was they had a loaner car for me to use while mine was at their shop. This was super helpful and this simple added convenience makes a big difference. I will absolutely be going back to them for future car issues.

I just purchased a used vehicle at this Luther Burnsville Hyundai location. It was 2014 Honda Accord.
It was a trade-in car. They made the process easy. I was able to call them to schedule an appointment to test drive the car.
The sales agent that I worked with was Roberta. I really enjoyed working with her when it came to maintenances with the vehicle. Roberta made sure everything about the Honda Accord was inspected and made sure that the vehicle passed safety inspections. The car had a safety recall, so Roberta made sure to make an appointment with Walser Honda that was nearby to make the repairs and that it passed safety inspection. Communication was easy because I could call or email her questions about the vehicle.
When the vehicle was ready to be purchased, I worked with Eric, who is the Finance Manager. He also made the process go smoothly when it came to financing the car. He told me different quotes depending on what decisions I made when it came to different packages.
I am really happy about the customer service here at this location. If you're thinking about purchasing a used car or a Hyundai vehicle at this location, you will not experience any issues with the staff. They do not pressure you and will do everything they can to make sure you get what you want and need. Thank you, Roberta and Eric!

The service is good, and people are friendly. I went on a snowy day. Limited parking. I went to park
in the last space and as I got out of the car was told to move it as "I need to out the snow there'. Could have been more polite, or indicated me not to park there. Annoying. The oil change was fine though and I will go back again.
