I made an appointment at Tom Dwyer for a brake job on our Toyota Highlander. I had been told six mont
hs earlier by the dealer that the front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. I just preferred to have Dwyer do the work. But before starting the work, Dwyer's people say they wanted to do a brake inspection for $30. They called me later that morning with the news that the front brake pads were in fine shape. I had been misled by the Toyota service people, and very much appreciated the honesty I found at Tom Dwyer's.

I took my Honda for a belt squeaky, they called and couldn't duplicate but alerted me to a oil leak
that was leaking onto the belt. They quoted me the price fixed it and my problem went away. Love how communicative they were.

The tire pressure sign came on so I dropped into Aurthur's without an appointment. They found a screw
in my tire and checked to see if it could be patched. Thankfully, it could and they were able to do it as I waited. This is not the first time I've 'dropped in' to have something fixed. I very much appreciate their kindness, attitude, and careful work!

to clear up my windshield in the rainy Fall and Winter. I usually keep a J&S business card on hand in case I run into someone looking for a good repair shop.
