Ron has been servicing my family's cars for about 20 years now and has always done a quality job and
shown great care while working on each vehicle. He will make recommendations about what work needs to be done immediately and what work can wait a while to get done. For my most recent service he had to find another shop to do a portion of the work which involved the flywheel replacement. He managed all this so I didn't have to worry about it. All work was done expertly and the car was immaculate when I picked it up. I'm sure it would have costed double if it was done at the dealership.

I recently brought my 2022 Ioniq 5 in for emergency service. Charlie and his team were able to diagno
se the issue and explained that the part could take up to 10 days to arrive and that once it arrived, they would take care of everything. Since the repair was covered under warranty, the service team made sure that I had transportation while my car was being serviced. John, my service advisor, kept me up to speed. The part arrived sooner, and I had my car back in less than a week. Every dealership can repair cars, but what sets dealerships apart is the customer-focused service that Charlie instills in his team.

I honestly didn't know what to expect from Wayne's. It's a very unsuspecting, small shop. I must say, I am more than impressed with the way their staff conducted themselves. The nice lady who schedules the work for them is friendly, patient, and professional. I also interacted with one of the mechanics who was also friendly, patient, and professional, which as many of us know is a rarity at most shops. On top of that the pricing to do the work I needed was unbeatable and so was the quality. If you're looking for a shop with great customer service and integrity, Wayne's Automotive is the place to go.
