I traveled 14 miles to get there and it was a wise choice. Service people are polite, courteous and qualified. I was treated by professional employees who did a fantastic alignment on my car. Work performed was done quickly and priced reasonably. It was my first dealing with this auto maintenance center and it will not be my last for alignments.
Fantastically positive experience with friendly honest people who keep appointments and perform service work quickly.

I recently had to take my mother to a specialist, and during the trip, we needed to make a U-turn. Un
fortunately, the transmission got stuck in neutral. Towing the vehicle to a service area or even home would have been very expensive, so we reached out for roadside assistance and got Delco Mike’s.
A big thank you to Mike! Despite his busy day, he was able to get the vehicle into drive so we could limp home past the dealership after ordering the necessary part. This was probably riskier than most would want to take on, but it fit the bill for our situation. Luckily, since it was stuck in neutral, we were able to keep the AC on during the hot day.

I have gone to both Noble Automotives. However, the big difference in Noble 1 than Noble 2 is custome
r service. Now nobody is rude or the customer service is bad, however at Noble 2 the customer service is lacking. The reason.... They need an assistant/receptionist/front end person something. Not to any fault to the mechanic there, but I'm sure it is a lot to have to answer the phone, check people out, work on the cars, and all the other hats he has to wear. So they are not always quick to get back to you when you call or to call ou when your car is ready. However I get it. They don't have five arms. My car is working better than it has in about 5 years and I will go back. But please get someone to help out with the front desk.... It will make the service better and smoother.
