My 2015 Jaguar XJL had a catastrophic coolant dump while on the highway causing the car to overheat a
nd destroyed the engine. Manhattan Auto Service and Bodywork sourced a good replacement engine and did all the necessary repairs. My car runs like new now. Lou worked well with the aftermarket warranty insurance carrier and got me the best possible outcome. He is especially knowledgeable and helpful.

I don't know what other auto mechanics do to tarnish this profession. You hear stories where customer
s feel as though they have been ripped off. Obviously they have not been to GNB!!!! I have never been dissatisfied with the service here. Joe, Chris and the whole crew do incredible work every time and you never feel ripped off!!!

My 2013 Hyundai Sonata blew an engine - turns out it was under warranty recall for the problem I had
- and they replaced the engine at no charge.
Farooq - one of the service managers at Plaza Hyundai took care of my situation, and I was 100% satisfied with the way he handled it and communicated with me throughout the whole process.

courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful, and they clearly have excellent knowledge in their field. Their pricing is reasonable and transparent, and it always feels fair for the quality of work they do. If they don’t have the solution on-site, they’ll always give you the best recommendation. This is an excellent place for all kinds of repairs, inspections, and maintenance. Every time we go there, the experience is somehow even better than the previous visit. Highly recommend!
