in the last space and as I got out of the car was told to move it as "I need to out the snow there'. Could have been more polite, or indicated me not to park there. Annoying. The oil change was fine though and I will go back again.

Jim and I met one of the best employees at Buerkle Hyundai a few months ago when our lease was up on our Hyundai Santa Fe. We went to Buerkle to see what they had to offer. That was the day we met Whitney Matthew's. She had the answers to all our questions and concerns, especially when we were undecided to purchase or lease once again. She also was very knowledgeable about all the different models that Buerkle has for sale. She was very pleasant to work with and we quickly became very comfortable talking and laughing with her. She found us the exact model that we wanted and we picked it up a few days later. She sat with us in the car and programmed in for us the information and how to update the dashboard for our use. Being elderly, we have had many questions about all the features and how to change options. She is very prompt with her return calls and messages. Just a few days ago I called her because our car displayed low tire pressure due to all the cold weather we have been experiencing. Our compressor wouldn't start and she advised us to bring it into service. When we arrived at service, we were promptly met with "we were told to expect you"!! On her day off yet, Whitney had called service to let them know we would be stopping in. Whitney's willingness to service her customers certainly did not end when we assumed ownership of our 2025 Hyundai!

I cant rave enough about Brian. Getting intoxalock is a stressful time in most people's lives. I unfo
rtunately had it 11 years ago and just had to get it a second time. I got my unit installed on a Friday. Saturday, Valentines day night I went to start my car and it wouldnt start. I tried calling intoxalock customer service and got someone in India trying to help me troubleshoot. Im a women who is very mechanically inclined and that wasn't a very pleasant experience for me. I emailed Flemmings Auto just hoping right away Monday morning someone would contact me knowing they were closed Sundays. Little did I know Brian would personally try to not only email me back 3 times but call as well. Unfortunately he kept missing me. I stated in an the last attempt to connect that my phone didnt ring calling from a blocked number. Brian gracefully and trusting called me from his personal phone on his day off to try and get my car back on the road and he did just that. I went Monday morning to personally shake his hand in person. The kindness, care and respect he showed me not only as a customer but as a woman and didnt make me feel stupid or less than was above and beyond! I publicly on this review want to thank you again Brian, for helping me stay as calm as possible and for goin above and beyond what ?as ever expected to genuinely just help in whatever way you could.
