My wife and I were referred by a family friend. We have been trying to find an auto shop that we can
trust and feel comfortable getting any services done to our vehicles. We found it at Nick’s OC Auto Service. We had brought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for diagnosing a check engine light. Richard helped us out at the front desk and was extremely courteous and polite. Brandon was our tech and main contact during our experience. We could not have been any happier with his service. We were having transmission issues and Brandon took the time and care to check all possible options rather than just going with the most expensive option. He was extremely communicative with the process and explained everything so clearly. Not once did we feel pressured or forced into his recommendations of service. Very pleased with our experience and will have no hesitation bringing our cars in for any future issues. Thank you again.
