This is actually a review of two repairs. The first one was my 2004 Tahoe that couldn’t pass emission
test. It wasn’t holding all the OBDC monitors when the ignition was turned off and check engine light was not displaying at the beginning of the ignition sequence. They diagnosed it to the PCM but were able to get it reprogrammed with new firmware instead of replacing it. It’s running great again and passed emissions test. They called me throughout the diagnosis and repair requesting approval on new costs before proceeding. My crewcab needed new bulbs and sockets for the daylight driving lights and the windshield wiper fluid had stopped working. They again let me know what was going on and once they determined the pump was bad they gave me the cost of parts and labor and I told them to proceed. I am very happy with the service I received and how they treat their customers.

Absolutely love this place. All of the guys there are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They let
me know what services the manufacturer recommends having performed by mileage or time but aren't pushy about services they offer. They take the time to explain why something may need to be done and how they do it. I have always been leery about quick lube places But the fellow hair put my mind at ease. They treat me like a person instead of just someone that they are making money off of. Thank you to everyone who worked here for earning my trust.

I am very grateful for Luke Rodgers service to me in dealing with what turned out to be a lengthy pro
cess in getting my 2016 Genesis driver's side mirror replaced. It took a while to get the part, then the mirror had to be painted, then was accidentally damaged, reordered and repainted, and then I was out of town. But we got it installed today and through it all, Luke was gracious, professional, very personable and persistent in making sure he was providing good customer service and that I was pleased. me as soon possible! I understand the delay for the approval in the warranty process. I have my car for over two years and 93,000 miles on it! It is almost paid for so hopefully I can drive it for another 100k. When I am ready to buy another car it will only be a Hyundai! They have the best warranty program out there!
