Can’t say enough good things about Mr. Mazda! They communicated well - let me know what to expect and
when to expect it, were right on time with the follow up, and my car was done when they said. Staff was super nice and the price was fair - obviously a friggin’ steal compared to the stupid dealership. Thanks guys!

Hyundai Sonata Hybrid died and needed to be towed to dealership
Henry Palacios worked with me over the phone and gave me an approximate date of when my car would be
looked at. He kept me apprised of the possible repairs needed, approximate costs and what was covered under my warranty. I have worked with Henry many times before and he goes the extra mile to make sure my car is taken care of in a timely manner.
