I took my car into 4 other shops including two dealerships from what turned out to be contaminated ga
s. All of them were unable to properly diagnose and repair. In the case of Mercedes Benz of McKinney, they actually lied to me and said the engine was unrepairable. I'm so glad I finally found a straight shooting shop with rock stars like Robert McGullam that got me back on the road using the engine that was determined to be unrepairable by a dealership presumably because they did not want to spend the time to find out what was really going on and more expedient to lie to get the headache off their shoulders. Many shops I learned do not want to take on problematic repairs but not the case at DEA. Even if the engine turned out to be beyond repair they were prepared to source a used motor and replace. These guys are the real deal!

me as soon possible! I understand the delay for the approval in the warranty process. I have my car for over two years and 93,000 miles on it! It is almost paid for so hopefully I can drive it for another 100k. When I am ready to buy another car it will only be a Hyundai! They have the best warranty program out there! I am very grateful for Luke Rodgers service to me in dealing with what turned out to be a lengthy pro
cess in getting my 2016 Genesis driver's side mirror replaced. It took a while to get the part, then the mirror had to be painted, then was accidentally damaged, reordered and repainted, and then I was out of town. But we got it installed today and through it all, Luke was gracious, professional, very personable and persistent in making sure he was providing good customer service and that I was pleased. All is great, thanks to Luke!! Thanks, as always, Huffines!!!!

It is always strange to rate a car service experience as a pleasure, but they do make it as enjoyable
as possible. The communication is always direct and concise at a fair price. For an auto repair shop that says alot.
I could not recommend they more highly for any of your automotive needs.
