I was met right away at the counter, and was shown a courteous, polite, and professional response to my concern with my 24 year old truck.
I had a lot of concerns with my truck since it is a 2002, and still had most of the original parts.
There was an initial leak that was a major concern, along with worn out shocks and linkage, breaks, etc. The gentleman at the counter was kind enough to walk outside with me to my truck, and see what I pointed out that needed attention. I was impressed with the quality of work that was done and the experience of the mechanics that took care of me. I didn't know how long I would have to leave my truck with them (days, week, etc.) and was very surprised when I received a phone call that same day that it was all complete. When driving it back home it was so assuring that to have the ride feel like a new truck again. Thank you so much for taking care of me and giving me that peace of mind.

Kudos to Nick Stutzman at Kearny Mesa Hyundai Service and the crew at your body shop for resolving an
issue with the paint on my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport.
Imagine my horror as I witnessed the exterior paint on my Santa Fe, bubble, chip, break, and flake off my vehicle in multiple places. The defect in the paint made my otherwise nice ride look ugly.
I brought my concerns to Nick who in turn worked with Hyundai who agreed to correct the issue with the paint which would take two to three weeks.
Yesterday, I picked up my Santa Fe Sport and the paint looks FANTASTIC! I am so happy that Hyundai valued me as a customer and was willing to go the extra mile to resolve my issue and restore my faith in their brand.
