I had to move my car the night before street maintenance was to begin in my housing complex. Couldn’t
have it towed from the parking stall to my driveway, so I had to tow it to Caliber Auto Repair w/o an appt. Other family members have taken their cars there & I was desperate at this point. They were kind to explain that I would need to be worked in w/their appts & gave me a very detailed estimate of my repairs. My car was ready sooner than anticipated! They also have a great system to pick up your car after hours. I appreciate the way I was treated & the time they took to explain my repairs. I’m confident that I’ll be joining my family & only using Caliber Auto Repair for my car’s maintenance.

Kudos to Nick Stutzman at Kearny Mesa Hyundai Service and the crew at your body shop for resolving an
issue with the paint on my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport.
Imagine my horror as I witnessed the exterior paint on my Santa Fe, bubble, chip, break, and flake off my vehicle in multiple places. The defect in the paint made my otherwise nice ride look ugly.
I brought my concerns to Nick who in turn worked with Hyundai who agreed to correct the issue with the paint which would take two to three weeks.
Yesterday, I picked up my Santa Fe Sport and the paint looks FANTASTIC! I am so happy that Hyundai valued me as a customer and was willing to go the extra mile to resolve my issue and restore my faith in their brand.
