I googled places that did emissions testing and repair and Planet automotive had the best reviews and
stars
Tony set up an appointment right away and explained why the emissions testing was rejected. After driving the car as Tony suggested, it still failed Tony immediately took charge set up an appointment and fixed the issue (Passed)
Other repairs he found that were needed were completed timely and the costs were reasonable
