Took my old Jeep here for what turned out to be a bigger repair than expected. Ricardo was great and
did everything he could including a lot of time researching the issue and trying to source parts.
When it became apparent I needed a specialty shop he even found another shop close by that could do the work.
This was an expensive repair but rather than trying to keep me at National, he was more concerned about making sure I got to the right place.
His integrity and the willingness to make sure I was taken care of spoke volumes. I would recommend this shop hands down.

Our 2016 Escape was having electric issues and messages on the dash. We took it to Pro Auto, our GO-T
O mechanic and the diagnosed the battery was bad. Pro Auto replaced the battery and did an oil change as requested. Always great service!
