Got a flat on a relatively new tire thanks to a large metal hook in the road. Ashland Service Center
was able to plug & patch the tire in an hour and I was very quickly mobile again. Total cost to me: $50.
What I like best about Ashland Service Center was they didn’t try to “oversell” me on unnecessary services and repairs. They didn’t try to oversell me on a new tire, 4 wheel alignment and balance, oil & lube and new GPS motherboard. Again, the whole ordeal cost me $50.
Oh and I found out my old mechanic moonlights at Ashland Service Center. Very small automotive repair community out here in Metrowest Massachusetts.

I went in for a vehicle to purchase and was assisted by James Lewis, sales representative. Mr. Lewis
took the time to go outside and usher in my husband and I , in order to speak with us. Mr. Lewis ,was very patient and determined to help us choose the best vehicle- that not only was within our financial means, but also the one that suited both our preference and lifestyle. Mr. Lewis took the time to go over every "feature" of the vehicle, functions, abilities, etc.,.with us- ensuring that all pur questions were answered. Mr. Lewis went above and beyond!! I am grateful to have purchased my vehicle with Mr. Lewis, as he made the experience a breeze!!

I called at 10:30am without any advance notice, brought my car in at noon, they were able to give me
a loner car so I could go back to work. I came back at 5pm. In that time they were able to replace my tires, change the windshield wiper blades, replace a filter, and change the oil. And again, that was without even any advance notice! And I was even impressed with the cost! Outstanding service as always at Simon’s!!
