I went in for an oil change on my 21 Seltos and left with a new 26 Sorento. The Seltos I was not a f
an of, and was not sure I wanted another Kia but the team at Kia of Puyallup were very helpful and explained and showed all the differences in the type of vehicle I had and the type of driving experience I was looking for. My mother was the one that purchased the Seltos and for me I was not a fan of the feel in the way it drove so I was planning to go back to Toyota. After test driving the Sorento I was open to purchasing another Kia and the fact that this dealership offers a lifetime warranty and provided outstanding customer service from Sara, Sean, Ryan, and Jason I knew this was a great fit for me!
