I visited Ian’s Auto Service a few weeks ago & spoke with Jamie Adam, Service Manager, about scheduli
ng my Honda Pilot for service.
He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, insightful, listened intently with patience, and was friendly. After our conversation, I was quite comfortable and confident in his expertise. So, I scheduled an appointment.
Today, I took my Pilot to Ian’s for an oil change & a 95-point Inspection to evaluate the overall performance & status of my Pilot from bumper-to-bumper. Zach professionally performed the evaluation. Jamie explained the status clearly in an easy to comprehend manner and provided a fair, upfront estimate. He didn't try to upsell unnecessary services, which I truly appreciated!
I agreed with the proposed Service Plan & Zach performed the needed service work expediently and professionally.
My car runs perfectly! Their attention to detail was amazing. It's rare to find a shop that offers honest advice, great value, and exceptional customer service all in one place. I’m fortunate to have discovered a shop with Stellar Integrity!

Joe & Jimmy are not only the finest mechanics and bodymen around. They are 2 of the nicest human bein
gs you will ever come across. I'm a car guy, and by that I mean I have rebuilt my engines many times. But there is always a time you need a mechanic or body guy so I take it to Cool Tech and Reds. you will not be disappointed. And the doughnuts and coffee aren't bad either.
