Hands down, my favorite automotive service center. We recently started coming here after another serv
ice station in Arcata continuously failed to fix a problem that JL diagnosed right away and fixed at a very reasonable rate.
We found them due to a post on a local Facebook group asking for recommendations. Out of the 60 responses half of the responses were in favor of this automotive shop. After coming here, I see why people love them.

ing confident that my vehicle received the best possible care. I have a Range Rover, and finding an auto repair shop where you truly feel comfortable and can trust the people working on your vehicle is extremely important to me.
The guys at M & N Auto Repair are some of the most honest, transparent, and trustworthy people I have ever dealt with when it comes to automotive repair. They communicate with you, they provide excellent service, and most importantly, they have integrity.
My most recent experience really confirmed that for me. I had misplaced a ring worth approximately $2,000 that I had planned to have resized. I couldn't remember where I had put it and had completely forgotten that I had left it in my car. I dropped my vehicle off on Friday and picked it up on Monday, August 31, 2026.
When I picked up my vehicle, my ring was still right there in my car.
What stood out to me is that if that ring had disappeared, I wouldn't have even known where I lost it because I had forgotten it was in the vehicle. That says everything about the character and integrity of the people working at M & N Auto Repair.
It's refreshing to know that there are still businesses where honesty, trust, and good customer service mean something. Experiences like this really do restore your faith in people.
