adside assist, the special service I paid for from my dealer all failed to find assistance, I found Cross Tire on my internet search. They were great! Jennifer arranged for a tow and the mechanic went to work immediately to diagnosis the problem. This was on a Saturday. Very clear communication and rapid service. Had my truck ready in a few days with preventative care included. Jennifer had ordered the necessary parts and the only delay was weekend and getting parts delivered. Highly recommend!

l cost was fair. Job done while I was there and in a timely manner. Professional mechanic, clean shop. Everything went as well or better than I expected. Will return as needed and recommend M&M auto repairs to others.

duled an appointment for the next day for the repairs. I took the car in and was able to wait in the customer lobby while the repairs were made. Brandon has been servicing my GLK 350 for years and I would recommend him to any Mercedes owner.
