Workmanship was great and the mechanics really know their s*** in that shop. However disappointed tha
t the price. I told them over and over and over $1,200 was my limit and of course it came out $300 more than that. I will go back but with stipulations I will not pay more 5% over top end of estimate.
If we can't agree then I will take my truck somewhere else

Driving an old TDI from 2001. They are still willing to work on this car. Independent replaced a wind
ow regulator and I noticed that it was noisy. I lubricated it and we gave it a few months of watching. Noise continued. They ordered a new regulator and replaced it free of charge. They also did a complementary scan of the vehicle OBD. They have been good at helping me keep my TDI on the road.
