I had been having issues with my 07 Avalon. I had a mechanic that misdiagnosed the issues and ended
up spending money without fixing the problem. My power steering fluid was leaking bad and my AC stopped working as did my turn signals. I happened to drive by the shop and decided to give them a call.. I spoke with Kirk at the front desk and let him know about the problems. He said to bring the vehicle in and his mechanics would diagnose the issues and get back to me with a quote. He called that same afternoon with a diagnosis and a quote. The work was performed as specified and ready the next day. I was very satisfied with the work performed and the price! Kirk and his mechanics are very professional and provided great customer service. Highly recommend.

My 2015 Honda Crosstour v6 needed a timing belt & water pump 100k mile replacement. I am an engineer
and my wife & I snowbird here in Apache Junction. I searched/googled the internet "near me" and Spectrum Auto Care in Gilbert caught my eye ... and I read several very positive reviews. I visited them and met Michael at the front desk ( Service Writer/Manager). He was professional, polite and very knowledgeable ...especially on some the minute details I brought up. BTW, the shop stalls were all busy!
They did the repair yesterday and it was perfect, including giving me the box of old parts to examine myself! Wow! They earned and deserve more than a 5-score. 100% first class in every way and I will recommend them to all my friends and relatives here in AZ.

We have gone to Jerry’s for ten years, and my parents many years before that. Today while I was waiti
ng for an oil change, two different people came in with questions about their car. Jason spent over an hour, even riding with them to see if he could hear the noise himself. No noise, but he gave them a couple options what it might be. There wasn’t really a fix. Long story short, they came because of high recommendations from their park and will be back. Jason didn’t make a dime, but it will bring them and others to his business.
