As I said in a prior review, Wade's did a prompt replacement of my 10 year-old O2 sensor and catalyti
c converter. It was my mistake to buy a too-cheap catalytic converter and assume it would work fine, and that make my car fail its emissions test. Wade's looked up what the much better type was, and again did the work promptly and professionally, and my car passed emissions with flying colors.

I inform shop of the current issue I was experiencing with my vehicle where the a/c would die in and
out, thinking it was just the switch and ask inquired about my brakes as it was a recommend service from dealership. Able to determine that it was an issue with blower motor and offered two different quotes in regards to repair (different replacement parts; new vs after market) while inspecting the brakes. Waived inspection fee for brake service, while giving information on when I can expect to replace. Didn't try to up-sale me, and offered same day service while keeping me up-to-date with calls (no app or text, great communication).
