I’m grateful that the shop was open when I realized I had a flat tire from running over something on
the road. While it was minutes b fore closing time, they took my car and replaced the spare for me. It took them less time for that, than it did to fill out the forms.

We've been using Tom Dwyer for years, even now that we live much further away. They are always clear
about the work to be done, have actually talked me out of repairs that other garages said were "critical" because it wasn't true, and overall excel at communicating repairs and timeframes.

I took my Honda for a belt squeaky, they called and couldn't duplicate but alerted me to a oil leak
that was leaking onto the belt. They quoted me the price fixed it and my problem went away. Love how communicative they were.
