s to make customers smile since they’re having a bad day with needing a tow. He told me about calling my insurance company to see if they would reimburse me & that many don’t know it happens. I called & I am getting reimbursed!!! Also he assured me that the issue was a dead battery & most likely nothing else. Johnathan is a happy man that wants to make his customers feel happy too. The only thing I didn’t like was being told there may be another $75.00 charge if the recharge cables couldn’t reach to my car battery. I thought that was outrageous. Since I knew there are “portable battery chargers” I thought the extra charge was awful. But Johnathan assured me he could fix it without that extra cost & he did!!!!! I’m so happy with him. I drove to O’Rellys & got a new battery. My dead battery was over 5 yrs. old on a battery that had a warranty for only 3 yrs. I feel secure with my car now since everything Johnathan told me happened. So I’m keeping my car & glad I don’t have car monthly payments.
