Let me start off by saying, I NEVER write reviews for places, but Wayne's deserves a positive shoutou
t.
I honestly didn't know what to expect from Wayne's. It's a very unsuspecting, small shop. I must say, I am more than impressed with the way their staff conducted themselves. The nice lady who schedules the work for them is friendly, patient, and professional. I also interacted with one of the mechanics who was also friendly, patient, and professional, which as many of us know is a rarity at most shops. On top of that the pricing to do the work I needed was unbeatable and so was the quality. If you're looking for a shop with great customer service and integrity, Wayne's Automotive is the place to go.
I knew I needed an oil change and guessed I needed help with something related to my brakes. I though
t it would be easier to go somewhere else,…. That somewhere else was more expensive for the things I knew I needed and they over suggested repairs that I didn’t need. I had Hometown Auto double check everything and I’m so glad I did. They didn’t shame me but instead educated, answered my questions, and kept my bill down!

I have been taking my BMW to this shop for the past few years for inspection and repairs and they alw
ays take very good care of my car. They are quick and detailed and honest. They will work with you in many ways. I am going to refer them to all of my. family & friends. I just can’t say enough about how wonderful this shop has been to me. Mark/Mechanic & Front Desk is the best. Very friendly and professional and he always explains in detail what will be required for your auto repairs so that you can be aware of exactly everything that you need to know. Everyone at Audubon Service Center seems to care about their customers. They know what needs to be do
ne and they are very experienced. They will contact you if they find a problem when working on your vehicle to discuss a solution. I never feel that they are trying to rip me off.

Now, we all know finding a mechanic who is trustworthy and affordable is certainly not easy, but the
truth is, these guys are nothing short of that. For one, I've never had an issue with anything and I've been dealing with these professionals for quite some time. Secondly, I wouldn't take the time to fill out this review if it weren't the truth. Ill leave you with this... try to find a mechanic who will only recommend what is actually needed..
