Futures Hyundai is the place to take your Hyundai vehicle for service. Maribel was my advisor and she
was professional throughout the entire process of my car getting diagnosed. She let me know when she would be going to lunch and that she would be getting in contact with me when she returned for any update status. Advisors at other Hyundai dealerships promise they will do this and never do. The customer ends up having to call. Also, they have the best mechanic foreman, Jefte. I have known him for a few years and he has always be honest-> something you don't find at the majority other dealership repair centers. Plus, you don't have to wait 1+ month to make an appointment. I got mine 1 1/2 weeks out. Lastly, just a few walking blocks from the dealership, there is a shopping center(Veranda) and a movie theater, so you are not stuck waiting at the dealership being bored.
Now, on the minus side, I do wish they had tables in their waiting area for people who have laptops. I didn't check if they offered free wifi, but I didn't see any signs posted so I assume no. There is a TV and a machine that offers free coffee and latte's. Be careful though because the lattes come with a lot of sugar! I am waiting for a survey to be sent to me so I can give Kudos to Maribel and Jefte.

r Flow Sensor issue,
Didn’t need brakes and no issues with the sensor after the battery was replaced!
I’ve been taking all of the family vehicles to Pacifica Tire for years including my work Van and all I can say is “They Are The Best”! They are quick to diagnose and call you with the results and cost!
I have a shop certified background for over 30yrs in both the Autobody Body Industry and then as an Auto Damage Inspector for USAA Ins. and I understand everything they tell me and we talk about. Their charges are always right on with the work done and they’ll be the first to tell you if you don’t need something!
I did regrettably use someone else for a bit just because they were connected to an associate but after too many upsells and overcharges I stopped and went back to Pacifica Tire.
I just recommended them to a neighbor about a week ago after I used my scanner code reader and when she took it to them that’s exactly what the problem was and they fixed it in a day at a very reasonable cost!
