First let me start with THANKS and GREAT WORK to Avo and his team.
I took in a Chrysler Town and Cou
ntry with what looked like every light was on. I mean it looked like a Christmas Tree with the amount of sensor lights that were displayed. This van had been sitting in my parents for a bit. Avo and team took in stride, I asked for an inspection to see what was happening. When he called to tell me, I figured it was a lost cause, but nope, Avo explained what was happening and how one small issue could be impacting everything else. He changed the battery, alternator, replaced a thermostat and the temperature sensor. I picked this van up 11/7/22, and everything is running smoothly, no issues what so ever. I will be going back for the SMOG check this week, and all future work will be done by Avo.
This is not the first vehicle I have taken here, and I have not been disappointed at all, the team is always friendly, they are great with explaining what is broken, how it would impact something else, and how it will be fixed.

mechanics who make sure that you always are a priority, spoken to with respect (I’m a woman and that often doesnt happen in the car world). From their drop offs to your house to phone call updates, I wish every company had their work ethic, warm customer service, clarity of invoicing, responsibility and accountability. My transmission shifter malfunctioned. Coincidentally a new mechanic just started working the same da
y at YTire, a middle aged, well experienced mechanic name Jim. He diagnosed it to be an internal transmission problem. Fortunately, Jim is experienced with transmissions and YTire normally do not work on transmissions. With the approval of Jesus (mgr) and Jessica (who coordinated with scheduling transmission rebuilt shop) agreed to have Jim work on my transmission. Jim removed it, sent it to a transmission rebuilt place, reinstalled it. Minor adjustments had to be made to synchronize the shifter and the transmission linkage which is slighty shift and probably need a break in period.
Jessica and Jesus are very friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend YTire. I have been coming to YTire for the last 40 yrs. Seen mechanics come and go.
Jim is very knowledged and experienced with older cars and the personnel are very helpful and friendly.
