I've been a Direct Tire Customer - about 20 years. First it was just tires buying tires but over tim
e Direct Tier's services expanded and I found that I had more confidence in Direct Tire than the dealership. Better prices and far more honest. We have 2 Audi's a S4 and a Q3 - now I have Direct Tire do all the work on the cars that is not covered under warranty.
Also, I trust them to be honest and tell me when there is job they are not setup to handle.
Please keep the culture that Barry built going.

We had a very big problem with our electric car. All the other places that we had the car evaluated f
or a strange noise said it was "normal". Mirak was amazing! Nicolas put up with us as we became upset with how long they had the car but William (bill) was amazing. We had an extremely faulty system and Bill was able to locate the issues. He not only took the car apart but put it back together and we have a "brand new car". They also worked hard with corporate to make sure all the warranties were granted.
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Mirak and are thankful for such competence!!!!
