lly know what they're doing I came in one time with my Jeep Grand Cherokee it was making a noise and the guy literally knew what it was right away it was the muffler he recommended me a muffler shop and problem was solved the vehicle has been inspected by two different mechanics one saying it was the engine and it needed a rebuilt and one of them saying it was the whole exhaust system but they were wrong. en with a 5 Star rating, not for fixing the problem on my car, but the response by the owner after not being able to correct the problem. After three attempts and several parts being changed out the problem was not resolved. I then received a call from the owner apologizing for their inability to be able to correct it( an electrical issue) and informing me he was returning the entire amount of money that I had spent. This amounted to well over $2,000.00 which included labor and parts. I was not asked to return any of the items installed in my car and the check arrived at my house two days later. I want to state in the past other issues have been resolved regarding my car by them with procession expertise. Needlessly to say I will continue to do business with Titan Automotive in the future and I highly recommend others seek out their services.
