The shop owner, Carlos, is a gem! I assumed my Mercedes needed servicing because I was overdue for a
few things (so I thought) but Carlos educated me on what was included in that particular "service," something I had already taken care of, bottom line - I didn't need it. Carlos was honest about it and saved me hundreds of dollars. Because of his honesty and transparency, I trusted him to diagnose a used Volvo I had recently purchased. Carlos provided me with a detailed diagnosis of the issues and very fair pricing for the repairs he was able to perform. I extremely appreciate having an honest and fair local foreign auto-repairman. And his sidekick, Carolina, is very pleasant as well.
