My auto body work came out great. The entire JM Lexus team did a great job. It was such a pleasure
to work with Briana ‘Bri’ at the JM Lexus Collision Center. You can normally tell the character of an auto shop employee, not when things are going well, but rather when your workday has gone a bit haywire. Bri is professional and cool under pressure. In the time I worked with Bri, I very much was drawn by her honest and freedom of speech. No positioning, no BS slickness. I really liked that. Bri’s communication skills are very impressive. A 5-star person working with a 5-star auto dealership!

Couldn't be more happy with the outstanding work to repair the damage to my car. I gave the keys to M
ichele and she said we will take care of everything. She kept me informed of the progress during the repair. The work was completed sooner than I expected. Thank you Michele.
