Beautiful repair to the dent in my quarter panel. Looks like new and my car came back cleaner than I
usually keep it! Customer service was responsive and when my insurance company saw the estimate was from Carstar, the agent went on and on about how wonderful a shop it is and how easy they made it for the insurance company. Staff were warm and professional. Mark communicated directly with my insurance, on our behalf, making life a little easier on these two septuagenarians. Fine work, fine folks. I highly recommend them. They really know what they're doing.

Brought the car in as it had no pickup. Turns out I needed a new clutch and I needed a special flywhe
el that needed to be ordered. I wasn't happy that they had to keep the car an extra day but I pleaded for it to be completed by noon the next day as I had some appointments I couldn't reschedule. Edi was real good and had the guys come in early and finished by 11 a.m. I was so grateful.
