and shaking on the interstate. I am not car savvy at all! I had an issue with my ac and tried to bring my own parts but got the wrong ones and he got me the ri
ght ones and got me out in a timely manner, when I returned home I foolishly and haphazardly tried to look and see the difference and falsely accused him of trying to upsell me and when i called back angrily he calmly and very patiently explained to me what had happened and showed an incredible amount of grace to someone who clearly didn’t deserve it
