My car was making noise. I took it in without an appointment. Of course, had I not thought it was a
n emergency, I would not have done that. They worked it in in one day. I left my truck off for service when I picked up the car. Again, one day. Now I don't recommend going without an appointment because I am sure that causes stress, but if necessary they do their best. I love this place. I know I can trust what they tell me, and that is rare today!
