I'm very disappointed that Hyundai Petaluma closed!
I always received outstanding service from the service manager, Nick, and everyone else at this locat
ion. It also was very convenient to stop there on my way between Sausalito (home) and Sebastopol (frequent trips.) Nick always went out of his way to make sure one's car was working well. I feel like I've lost a friend. I originally bought my car when I lived in San Francisco. That Hyundai dealership closed after a short time. After that, I bounced around between Hyundai in Daly City and Burlingame. Petaluma's car dealership was by far the friendliest and most user-friendly. My car now has 107K miles, and I'm very disappointed that I can't get it serviced at this particular dealership.

The transition from Scaffidi to Stevens Point Auto has been seamless. Same great service and outstan
ding personnel. I am looking forward to the new opening of the Stevens Point Hyundai facility next door.

Met Wiiliam Perez and right away knew he was our guy. We were debating between two vehicles and they
let us do a test drive overnight which was great. William Perez is very communicative and did great job handling our questions and working through negotiations. Everything went smoothly.

My husband and I went to Hunter Hyundia in Fletcher, North Carolina on Saturday, August 16th and met
with Taylor Strange due to my car being in an accident and I thought the insurance would total the car. Hunter spent a tremendous amount of time with us and we decided to buy a 2025 Kona. I put down a deposit of $5,000 and would come back either Tuesday or Wednesday to finalize the deal. I received a call on Monday, August 18th from the Insurance company who said they are not going to total the car due to the low mileage. When I told Taylor we would not be buying the car and would like our deposit back, he could not of been any nicer. If and when I decide to sell my car, I will immediately go back and see Taylor and buy the Kona. He is the best car sales person we ever worked with
