Best car I have ever owned or driven

I bought this car almost 8 years ago. It is very comfortable, not only for the driver but also for 3 more passengers. It drives like a dream - it is so nice to be up high when on a busy highway and be able to see all around. The only drawback is that it is tricky to get it into my garage that was built in the 1990s. (I have figured out how to do that without more scrapes and bumps!)

Has the much valued separately opening back window missing from current models

I love the car and would upgrade to a new model but for the fact that Toyota has dropped the separately opening back window which is a great convenience when towing a boat or having bikes on the rack. Dumb move Toyota

Toyota Highlander

I LOVE my Highlander! My daughter talked me into going to Gladstone Toyota as she had always been treated well and loved the performance of her vehicles. I wasn't happy with my vehicle nor the way I was being treated by the dealership so I went looking for a different/new car and found my Highlander. I've owned my used Highlander for less then a year, I've had no problems and have been treated very well by the dealership so far. My highlander is comfy, drives great in rain as well as snow, I love that everything heats including the rear seats. My daughter took it on small road trip, she said it was great, mileage was good (I still dont understand the hybrid part), she also said the GPS worked perfect! Loving my new car!!!

Marvelous car!

My car is the family high-capacity vehicle. It can hold A LOT of stuff. It's also very comfortable, both to drive and to ride as a passenger for up to 4 people. More than 4 requires converting the cargo area to a 3rd seat, which is handy but not very comfortable for those consigned to the back row. The best thing about this comfortable SUV is all the safety features, which make serious accidents much less likely. If a mid-sized SUV is what you're looking for, you can't do better than this!
