I returned twice to complain about the sloppy shift mechanism, which wasn't there when I took it in, and they told me it was working fine and "nothing more could be done." When I asked a neighbor who they used for car repair, they highly recommended Hudson Car Care. I took it into their shop, they immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem in 5 minutes (no charge)!
