My dremel 3000 konked out after about 15 months of us. I contacted the facility to see if I could p
urchase just the dremel (no extras), either new or rebuilt. I was told to send it in with receipt and they would repair the dremel. I couldn't find the receipt and sent it in anyway. Within 10 days, I received it back in good working order. No charge.
This is unheard of in this day and age. Great customer service.

Websters Radiator A/C & Auto is the best shop I’ve ever been to. The A/C was not working on my car an
d I went to Christian brothers 2x and the gm dealer 2x and spent a lot of money and the A/C only worked for a day each time. I was so frustrated and my friend said go to Websters and not only did they have me in and out the same day they fixed the issue no one else could. I spent more at both the other 2 places and didn’t have working A/C the next day. This has been 2 months and my A/C is still Ice cold. I waited to write the review and yesterday in the 98 degree weather I was ice cold better then when it was new! This is the only place I will take my cars for auto repair or service ever again! Thanks Websters you guys rock!
