Vance said the repair work was not done correctly. When he came to pick up his vehicle, it took an additional 5 days for them to re-do the work. Customer felt that the guy whom he dealt with was trying to get him to accept the poor job they did in the first place.

Sandra said that they wouldn't acknowledge to her where her vehicle was or when it was going to be ready. It was finished 4 days later than promised due to a windshield that was ordered and wasn't in stock. They were told to fix everything that was wrong with it and they still never did fix all the dings on the front .

Christian said it was horrible customer service and he had to take his vehicle back multiple times. There was damage on his vehicle and they lost parts so now he has to purchase new ones. The paint didn't match one hundred percent and there were a lot of other issues he had to go back for. He was yelled at over the phone by the manager which he didn't like and it took longer than it was supposed to take, and he had to keep calling them. His vehicle was delayed by a week and they told him it was due to the rain.

Jared said it took them about three weeks to get the work done and they provided a new vehicle for him to drive in the meantime. They were great. They were super nice and polite, and helpful and informative. They did everything good.

Spoke to father Jimmy. He said it was quick and simple. He said they didn't call him unless it was something really important, they kept to business and nothing else. He said other places try to get him to buy stuff, and they didn't do that.

He never spoke with them except with the service rep, it wasn't good communication. He had a bad experience with the repair, he only came in for an oil change and they wrecked into it.
