I was helped willingly and gratefully by a service tech there with a small issue I had with my truck. This was three weeks after my only other contact with them, an alignment which was diagnosed, performed and explained at length. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Unfortunately for them people usually only write a review about their bad experiences.
