I’ve been to Elmer’s many times and have always appreciated their efficiency. This time I had damage
to my car on the Saturday night of a holiday weekend. I was able to easily book an appointment with the online portal, tell them all the details and upload a photo (if I had wanted). I dropped off my car as scheduled the night before. During the day, I was consistently updated through text and a phone call when they had an estimate ready. Work was done that afternoon and I was able to pick the car up after work. Everything was done so well and so easily, it’s quite remarkable. I’ll always come back to Elmer.
