I just bought my van yesterday. I plan I'm going to Florida and a couple weeks. So I took it to get a
n inspection done. What day were done my van past with flying colors. They give you full report and text it to you. Now I will be driving to Florida with my family and not have to worry about every little thing. Thank you guys and I will be back when I need other work done. Rob at downtown Cleveland location remembered my phone number and my issues a whole month later after
I came to him for a car wellness check. He offered me resources that might help me pay for service because I did not have money. When he reached out to me I was sitting there thinking about getting my problem fixed. I brought my car down and I received A1 service. When I finished my work day my car was good to go and I truly appreciate the staff at rad air downtown. They are courteous and are really good at outreach if you ever have a problem I would recommend this shop.

Wiper failure
It’s difficult( I am sad to say), to find honest mechanics. Two years ago my windshield wipers failed
, and I took my business to this marathon station where they replaced the motor for the wipers. Sunday I had a situation where the fuse blue, and every time that I turned the wipers on it would continuously blow fuses, so I took it back to the marathon station to ask them to take a look at it. Sam looked up and saw that the windshield wiper motor had been replaced two years ago. And there was a second in stock. after researching the situation and investigating under the hood, he determined that the motor needed to be replaced. He said that he would cover it under warranty, and he charged me nothing. He did not even charge me for the labor that it took to investigate and replace the needed parts. it was simply four dollars in tax for the part. Sam is an honest man and I will continue to take my business here and will encourage others to do the same.
