We needed help to check out a car we thought we might buy. The used car dealer selling it was acting
strange and it didn’t seem like he fixed all that was needed. Carl and his talented mechanic carefully checked the car from the front to the back. The car was not a good one to buy. I was met right away at the counter, and was shown a courteous, polite, and professional response to my concern with my 24 year old truck.
I had a lot of concerns with my truck since it is a 2002, and still had most of the original parts.
There was an initial leak that was a major concern, along with worn out shocks and linkage, breaks, etc. The gentleman at the counter was kind enough to walk outside with me to my truck, and see what I pointed out that needed attention. I was impressed with the quality of work that was done and the experience of the mechanics that took care of me. I didn't know how long I would have to leave my truck with them (days, week, etc.) and was very surprised when I received a phone call that same day that it was all complete. When driving it back home it was so assuring that to have the ride feel like a new truck again. Thank you so much for taking care of me and giving me that peace of mind.
