I'm a long time Neubauer customer and know they are professional, honest, and customer focused, but I
need to give them a special shout out today. On the Saturday before we were set to leave for a road trip vacation on Wednesday, I discovered my brakes needed to be replaced. I called first thing Monday morning and Chelsea found a way to fit us in and made sure we had our car back by Tuesday afternoon in time for our travel on Wednesday. What a relief! As I said, very customer focused! Sarah, Matt, and Chelsea are always great to work with. Thank you Neubauer team!

I needed to go to a mechanic because my car was struggling to accelerate and idling hard. I called in
to the shop and they told me that they could take my vehicle in the next day. During our conversation I gave a brief description of the damage and the mechanic was able to identify the issue before even seeing my vehicle. I left my key in the dropbox overnight and had a call from the shop by 11am with what was wrong, the cost and the expectation that it would be done in 4 hrs. 3 hrs later I got a call that the vehicle was ready! I could not believe how quickly everything was done and that they did not pressure me into work that was not immediately necessary. I’ve already recommended them to a couple of family members.

As usual, Matt took great care of my aging Fiat. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, and get
